Fun, engaging and super helpful. Book club with a therapist. We spend 10 weeks working our way through a therapeutic book together in a group format. This is fun and engaging way to learn new things about yourself and how to engage in the world in new, healthier ways. Current book selection: The Liberated Mind by Stephen Hayes.
