There are a million reasons that a person might seek therapy. Depression, anxiety, relationship or parenting problems are just some of the most common. Therapy is like a safe harbor where you can come work out issues in your life in an accepting and open environment that allows you the space to explore your feelings and thoughts. I use cognitive behavioral therapies along with mindfulness training to help you begin to notice and challenge the thought patterns and beliefs that support dysfunctional behavior and lifestyle choices. It is my privilege to use my training to help you gain insight into yourself and build the life you want. Therapy is both a treatment with evidenced based interventions and a relationship that assists you in making lasting life changes.
