Welcome! If you’re seeking support to navigate life’s challenges, you’ve come to the right place. I specialize in helping adults tackle anxiety, OCD, depression, and relationship problems. My approach is centered around fostering self-discovery and empowering you to live authentically.

In our work together, you’ll find support for a range of concerns, including:

-   Anxiety and OCD- Addressing intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors with integrated modalities tailored to your needs.
-   Depression- Helping you uncover the underlying patterns contributing to feelings of hopelessness and despair.
-   Relationship Issues- Exploring dynamics with family, friends, work and partners to cultivate healthier connections.

 Therapeutic Approach

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including:

- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)- Teaching you to accept your thoughts and feelings while committing to actions aligned with your values.
- Schema Therapy- Identifying and reshaping deep-rooted beliefs that may be impacting your life and relationships.
- Parts Work- Helping you understand and integrate different aspects of yourself for greater harmony.
- Socratic Conversations- Good ole vigorous, intellectual conversations that challenge your long held beliefs about yourself and others that limit your life. 

Together, we’ll work on breaking old patterns that no longer serve you. My goal is to help you explore your assumptions about life, your boundaries, and your relationships, leading to a deeper understanding of yourself.
